Custom Pickguard for Fender Stratocaster - Traditional Japanese Tattoo

Japanese Tiger Engraved Stratocaster Pickguard This custom Stratocaster pickguard features a hand‑designed, laser‑engraved tiger rendered in traditional Japanese tattoo style — a symbol of strength, protection, and unshakable presence. Surrounded by flowing Kanji and classic motifs, the artwork wraps naturally around the Strat’s curves, creating a piece that feels alive even before it’s mounted on a guitar.

The pickguard is cut from 3mm Baltic Birch Wood, giving it a more substantial feel than standard Fender OEM guards.  The surface is lightly distressed, giving it that “been on tour for years” vibe right out of the box.

The artwork was designed by Trinity McKee a second-generation rising artist from a family with deep roots in custom guitar finishing — the same lineage behind some of the wildest one‑off builds in the scene. The result is a piece that blends tradition, modern technique, and rock‑stage attitude into a single, cohesive design.

Available in SSS, HSS, and HxH pickup layouts, with Floyd Rose routing available by request.
