Refund policy

Standard Products For items purchased directly from our product pages without customization, we accept returns within 30 days - choose your timeframe of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging. Items that have been drilled, modified, or altered in any way (including additional holes or custom modifications) cannot be returned.

Custom/Personalized Orders  specially tweaked pickguards items are made specifically for you and cannot be resold. Therefore, custom orders are final sale and non-refundable unless the item is defective or does not match your approved specifications.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Shipping Costs Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within [7 days] with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [5-10 business days] after we receive the returned item.
