Custom Textured Replacement pickguard for IBANEZ JEM or RG 550 series guitars. Designed as a replacement for Japanese made Ibanez guitars. This custom pickguard is laser cut and engraved in a pattern on brushed metallic acrylic plastic with a semi reflective appearance to provide the look and luster of real brushed metal. Ibanez pickguards for these models are notoriously hard to align and there is no universal fit. You may have to drill an extra hole, or make some small adjustments, filing and positioning to get the best fit on your guitar. Simply print it out and compare to your existing scratch plate for fit and screw hole alignment. Acrylic plastic is lighter and a little more flexible than the PVC that come standard on most Ibanez guitars. The thickness is 2.4mm (about the same as OEM Pickguard).
